I'm not sure if this is the way all Mazda's are; if they are; then is the most over rated car I know (other than VW) I bought it, used "certified", took it in for an inspection and/or repair of the air conditioning, Westcott Mazda in San Diego, CA; and received the worst customer service one can imagine...people there work harder at not doing their job then if they were actually doing their job. Fighting a customer and treating them like if it was the first car they owned is not the best way to win customers...and these guys are so bad, at first they would call me asking me if I needed a ride over to check out their inventory; once I bought the car, both times that I took it for the same problem, they left my car for hours without anybody looking at it....My best advice, I'm not sure about Mazda cars anymore...I guess I will find out...But Westcott Mazda in San Diego, CA...??? Stay away from them....don't waste your money.....go elsewhere!
