Vehicle has been to the shop over 5 times and well over 21 days. Mazda says not their problem, contact XM Radio. XM Radio says vehicle problem. Customer is stuck with the problem. No response from Mazda Customer Care. Dealership says they cannot do anything without Mazda's approval. I was told by the service advisor at the dealership that there are two (2) other cases similar to mine in the South East; Florida.
Too bad when a company will not stand behind their product when the issues started the day after I took delivery of the car.
If anyone else is seeing the XM radio reset (to either Channel 0 or Channel 1) after the vehicle is started; please contact me. Thanks.
