When turning the steering wheel quickly it makes a rubbing sound. Both the Windsor and Pfaff dealerships say this is normal. It may be due to electric steering in which case I do miss the mechanical systems. At least the Windsor dealership acknowledged the noise while the Pfaff dealership said there was nothing to worry about...they didn't hear anything unusual, like there was no noise.
Update from Oct 20, 2018: So I have a brand new SUV that sounds way to loud when it is started, it squeaks when put in gear, makes a constant whining roar going down the road. The steering wheel heater won't stay warm and it makes a rubbing sound when turning it quickly. The London Pfaff dealership says everything is normal.
