When on, the heated steering wheel changes temperature constantly as it is constantly cycling. Often it is barely on. Not much to enjoy.
Update from Oct 20, 2018: So I have a brand new SUV that sounds way to loud when it is started, it squeaks when put in gear, makes a constant whining roar going down the road. The steering wheel heater won't stay warm and it makes a rubbing sound when turning it quickly. The London Pfaff dealership says everything is normal.
