2017 Mazda CX-5
TSB Document:
Affected Component: EQUIPMENT
- Summary
- Some vehicles may exhibit an excessive body vibration/unusual noise when idling or driving after parking inextremely cold temperatures (-25°C/-13°F). NOTE: This excessive vibration does not occur if the engine mount rubber No.1 is over -25°C/-13°F. This may be caused by the No. 1 engine mount rubber hardening under extremely cold temperatures due to inappropriate characteristic of the engine mount rubber. To eliminate this concern, the material of the No.1 engine mount rubber has been changed to increase the damping force under extremely cold temperatures.
