Feels like you're driving a car with no floor. The shocks freeze, I am guessing. Mazda said they are working on a fix but God knows when it will come in.
Mazda sell this car model here in Quebec/Canada and we have very often very cold weather (-20C and up)... I don`t think it is not acceptable to meet this type of problem...Mazda should do everything to fix quickly this problem.
This is a new CX5 with less than 10,000 KM on it. A Canadian winter is goig to have nghts with -20C or lower. So why on gods eathrth does the transmission vibrate like an obital snader after staring up and the engine groan like a transport trick? WTF Mazda, I owned a little Mazda 3 for 8 years of Canadian winters and nvere experiences this kind of crap. Forget me ever returing to Mazdafor a new car!!
