The manual lumbar support on our 2017 CX5 Touring has been repaired/replaced 3-4 times. I've lost actual count... going in again on 3/13/2020 to replace the entire internal seat frame back... the lumbar support will not remain in the fully extended position, or any other chosen position. The last repair lasted about a couple of months, but did not last. And we have a 2014 Mazda 3 GT and and 2018 Mazda 3 GT HP. Both have manual lumbar supports and there are no problems!!!
Also, the driver seat's fabric, the fake leather, on the left side of the seat has wrinkled/puckered and is cosmetically ugly. It's not the same on the front passenger seat.
