I have had my vehicle in the shop 6 times for this. (Only 5 on record since returned the same day) The last time the vehicle was in the shop for 2 weeks. I have contacted Mazda directly and have a file number. I am possibly bringing the vehicle back to the shop today. They stated they have never heard one rattle like mine, but seeing other complaints I HIGHLY doubt it. They have had a design engineer come to the dealership, but no help. I have many videos of it, but will have to try to upload in the future, due to I don't have a link to add it at this time. I understand that this does not affect the safety of the vehicle, but have paid too much for this vehicle to continously have this issue. I have been more than cooperative to try to get it fixed.
