The center stack and blinkers went out, unsafe. Car still ran ok and we brought it to dealer in Brandon under extended warranty and had a full service done. They replaced a computer wiring harness, but it did not address the problem. The battery ran dead while they tried to figure it out over weeks. I have the car now and on startup in the morning it works for 20 seconds, then cuts out like its a connection problem. Headlights work all the time, engine runs fine, but there is no access to stack, blinkers don't work. I think the mechanics don't know how to trace a bad connection on one of these cars. It may be a design flaw as well in the design of the electronics system. I have had 3 Mazdas, though none since 1991, this one looks like the last.
