bsm detector failed after a month of buying a new car

I bought the car a month ago, brand new. My wife is driving and the BSM ligth shows on the board. There is no way to turn it off. Service says is the sensor that does not work. They have to order the part and use a whole day for fixing the problem. Only 1003 miles on the car. Sales manager says it is not his problem that they just sell the car and they do not make it!!! No way I am buying a Mazda again.
