During Audio book playback from USB thumbdrive the system 4 of 5 times resumes from when it was when the car was stopped. That 1 out of 5 times the system has forgotten the track being played when the car was shut down. The software version has been updated three times and the issue has not been fixed. The latest version was installed on 6/7/2017 and the issue has not been fixed. How do I make sure that the software developers know about this issue and then fix it?
