I bought the technology upgrade which included the forward collision avoidance system. That is the only reason I bought Mazda. I could have bought the Honda or Lexus which I owned for 12 yrs prior. I found that the forward collision avoidance system does not work at all. It does not detect or does not create stop to prevent collision. At that time sales person used 'theoretically' it should work and never was able to demo the function.
Does anyone found this feature worked? Is there any class action law suit for false advertising? I couldn't find any recall either. Any one got a replacement or upgrade to a newer version that works?
