I found out that the Bose amplifier has a defect problem so the dealer already knew about it when I brought it in. Mazda doesn't really want to pay for a new one and Bose doesn't either, pretty messed up! After waiting 6 weeks on whether Mazda would pay the $600 for a new one, luckily for me they did and I just paid for install. When the amplifier goes out you can't use phone feature and you have no sound from front speaker, not very enjoyable and sad for a 3 year old car. This is my first and last Mazda.
