Mazda recalled the Radar Cruise control for a software update because many people complained that the cruise control wasn't working properly.
Mine was working, but it's jerky. The vehicle would constantly brake and gas to keep the following distance set. It's just not very smooth as a cruise system. I only used it once, because it being brand new, I wonder how the radar cruise control would be on the vehicle and the lane departure system was useless. The vehicle doesn't keep in lane when most other vehicles would have auto correct steering.
Used it once and never wanted to use radar cruise control again, since its kinda meh.
