To start, it's 5/11/22 and I haven't even hit the year mark with having this car. In the fall of '21, my car's headlights and dashboard lights were nonstop flashing/going off. My break pedal was stiff so I couldn't even attempt to turn my car on and the light above the push to start button was black; it wouldn't even flash yellow. My RPM meters were also flaring rapidly, it was scary.
We determined that the battery was dying and that's why all the lights were blinking and flickering nonstop. Ultimately, I bought a new battery (which I felt was seriously too soon because I had it maybe 6,7 months at that time...). Now here we are the following spring and it happened again. My dad said during the middle of the night he noticed my headlights and break lights on. No, my car was not on or left running. When I went to go to work my car would not start. My sister gave me a jump and it turned on, to which I noticed I had no gas left. I had a quarter of a tank left when I got home from work the previous day. So this must've happened again and now it wasted up my gas?
So my sister jumped my car and it turned on so I was able to get gas and go to work... but what the hell is going on? This is the second time this suspicious problem has happened to me and I haven't even had the car a year yet... It's too new for this to be happening and I don't drive recklessly nor abuse my car. I service it properly and take care of it.
Anyone have any idea what is happening with my car? I'm about to trade it in for something else at this point.
