I understand that things break, but when I called asking Mazda (on one of the hottest days of the year) what the secret is to making the A/C pump out cold air instead of hotter-than-hell hair, the woman tells me that broken A/C condensers are a 'known factory issue' in the 2017 CX-3s, and to bring it in for fixing under warranty. I am annoyed they didn't email me or tell me directly when I'm in every 7 weeks for an oil change about this potential issue.
