I have bought a satellite system ($ 400) with my new Mazda car. The map is not updated and I have brought the SD card to the dealer without any success. They told me to update it from my computer. I tried and I didn't work. I called the assistance online and over the phone, but nobody seems to be helpful. They send me back to the dealer and there, after several attempts to one of their computers, that didn't work, they tried in a different room with a different computer. I spent two hours at the dealer and once they said the SD was updated, we tried it in the car but the map was still out of date. They keep telling me to go back to the dealer or call them again. At this point, I do not trust this kind of customer service. What I would like is to have is a new SD card updated to standards.
If it weren't for my phone and Google Map I could not navigate properly and the satellite system that you sold me with the car is unuseful.
The name of the dealer is Ourisman in Rockville, MD, USA.
Thank you for the attention.
