Less than 45k, engine and tranny are great, body shows no signs of rust. Rust is spreading like a cancer on everything else. Cross members rusted out, total loss or $2k-$3k to replace frame.
Ford should not have put out a truck of this quality, or lack of! Replacing with a 2009 Tacoma, would never buy a Ford pick-up again.
