BURNING SMELL UPON PURCHASE AND ALSO TRANSMISSION SLIPPING. WENT TO AN AUTO PARTS STORE AND THEY PUT A DIAGNOSTIC TEST ON IT AND SAID IT WAS AN INTERNAL TRANSMISSION SWITCH. WENT AHEAD & PURCHASED THE CAR DUE TO MY SISTER'S STUPID BOYFRIEND & CAR DEALER, WHO IS A TOTAL SWINDLER. NOT FOR MYSELF BUT MY KNUCKLE HEADED SISTER AND STUPID BOYFRIEND. I PUT UP MONEY, $1500.00 AND $228.00 FOR INSURANCE, MY FIRST MISTAKE). WENT AND HAD THE SWITCH PUT ON AND WAS CHARGED $150.00 TOTAL, PART WAS $89.00. THIS HAS NOT CURED PROBLEM, AND THE FOREIGN REPAIR MAN LEFT THE STUPID BOYFRIEND WITH THE IDEA THAT PART WAS NEW, FIND OUT NOW THAT IT WASN'T, BUT USED.
NOW SOMEONE IS TELLING STUPID BOYFRIEND THAT CAR NEEDS A NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH. I HAVE DONE SOME RESEARCH AND THE NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PROBLEM WE ARE EXPERIENCING....BUT ALL THE RESEARCH SHOWS THAT IT'S THE TRANSMISSION. I PAID $1500.00 FOR THE USED CAR, IT RIDES SMOOTH EXCEPT WHEN IT GOES INTO THE BUCKING STAGES WITH THE TRANSMISSION. WE TOOK IT ON A 2 1/2 HOUR TRIP TO PITTSBURGH, THANK GOD WE DID NOT HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM!!!! LIKE A CAR CRASH!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH THE DEALERS THAT SELL THIS SH*T AND KNOW IT'S SH*T, AND STUPID BOYFRIENDS. BEFORE PURCHASED.
THE DEALER SAID IT WENT THROUGH A SAFETY INSPECTION, RIGHT!!!! THIS CAR IS NOT SAFE!! THE WAY IT SHUTS DOWN, AND THE RPMS SHIFT DOWN, AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN. THEY NEED TO HOLD THE MANUFACTURER RESPONSIBLE AND ALSO THE SWINDLER CAR DEALER AND DEALERSHIP. CAN'T SOMETHING BE DONE WHEN THEY SAID THEY PUT IT THROUGH SAFETY CHECK. I SHOULD OF WENT WITH MY INSTINCTS AND CAR KNOWLEDGE INSTEAD OF IDIOTS!!!
