My 626 v6 overheated all of the time. One mechanic said it was a burnt valve. Took it to another who said it was the catalytic converter. It kept throwing different codes out as the reason. No one could explain it to me. The car ran great one day and awful the next. Unfortunately, the car was totaled a month ago without ever finding out the real problem.
