we bought our car from the auctions and we paid $2000 cash up front and the rule their was once you buy it its yours! on the way home from the auctions our car broke down on the motoway, we somehow got it started but as we kept driving on the motorway the car will break down again and this happened a few times while we were still on the motorway and then finally we got the car running again but this time we got off the motoway and drove it all the way home. the next day we took our car to the mechanics and it took the mechanics 2 weeks to fix our car.and during that time we only heard from them once telling us how our car was doing but other than that we had to ring up everyday to see if there was any progress with them fixing our car.then finally its was fixed so they said the cost to fix it was $925 so we paid them the amount in full in two payments.we don't know much how cars get fixed but they said the distributor was burnt and they had to replace the Cadillac converter.then a few days later our car played up again, it didn't break down like how it did on the motorway it was just struggling to drive when we put our foot on the gas.we then took it back to the same mechanics thinking it was the same problem with the distributor but now i don't know whats wrong with our car because hes had the car for over a month now we keep ringing them to ask how our car is doing and what is the problem with our car?but nothing they don't know whats wrong with our car but at the same time they don't ring us to let us know about anything really.whats really annoying to us is that these peole has got our car for 5 weeks now and there is still no word on them about when our is getting fixed.they tell us too many lies over and over again when we ring them saying our car will be fixed by today and they keep saying this everyday until i got sick of ringing them thinking if we left them alone and let them do their job then maybe there will be progress with our car but no there was no word from them nothing.basically we have been ringing these people nearly everyday to see how our car is doing. please i need help we need help we want our car back
