I won a Mahindra Bolero Special Edition 2011 Feb.... car is good and its performance is so good I just love it... But the problem is the showroom (Kodai Motors Nagercoil) where I bought the car, their service is too bad and they didn't consider customer satisfaction, Kodai Motors just want money... too worst in service, the way they treat the customer is utterly worst...

After one year the car body got some small rust in 2 areas (in right side front door and in bonnet). I took this matter to Kodai Motors but they are not interested in servicing my car, they show assaulted response and they didn't show any interest in repairing my car... Rust in my car increased day by day and now my car is in very bad condition, lot of areas were completely rusted... Regarding this matter I spoke with Mahindra regional manager but he came with a deal of 50:50, ie. total cost to repair rust is 35k in that I want to pay 17.5K and company will pay 17.5K, but I am not interested with that deal... I argued with manager that for car manufacturing defect I won't pay 50% of money. I asked about 70% to the manager but he is not interested....
