The contact owns a 2004 Lincoln Town car. The contact stated that while driving 60 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. He was able to pull over on the side of the road where the vehicle was towed to the dealer for diagnosis. The dealer stated that they needed to replace the engine. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that the vehicle was no longer under warranty. The failure and the current mileage was 41,000.
