I recently had open heart surgery and need to get the passenger side air bag disabled. The contact owned a 2003 Lincoln Town car. While driving at approximately 40 mph, the axle fractured causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle. As a result, the contact crashed into a concrete divider. The air bags failed to deploy. A police report was not filed and there were no injuries reported. The vehicle was destroyed. The failure mileage was not available.
