The problem is this: My map lights only work when the rest of the interior lights are on. When they are on (with the interior lights) you can turn them off, so it can't be the bulbs or the switches! But when the interior lights are off, you can't turn them on! The map lights are supposed to go on and off with a push of each switch, even if there is no key in the ignition. Mine don't! Stupid nuisance! So, FoMoCo, WHAT'S UP WITH THAT S**T? This is probably about the most screwballistic problem that I've ever had with a car, and I've owned automobiles since 1976!!!!! Won't someone give this a try before I go CUCKOO!?! My Lincoln is almost PERFECT in every other way. (Except for this crap with the lights!)
