Due to design windshield wipers are not fast enough, and visibility is greatly reduced when precipitation is heavy. The consumer says the wiper problem is a safety hazard during heavy rain or storm.
When windshield wiper blades are running in rain, they start going slower/ slower and slower until they just stop. Car has been in repair shop twice for wipers, and problem still exists.
