- Summary
- 2018-2019 Navigator, 2019 Nautilus vehicles may exhibit a stuck in park and or no start condition with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P27B2 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) or transmission control module (TCM) memory. The condition may occur when the customer exits remote start and selects either REVERSE or DRIVE without first depressing the brake pedal. Disconnect the battery for 2 minutes and clear the DTCs. Advise the customer to first apply and hold the brake pedal before selecting REVERSE or DRIVE after a remote start event. Do not attempt any repairs at this time. Engineering is investigating, monitor OASIS for updates.
