Accident caused substantial body damage. It includes Air Bag replacement. This requires a new "Header" to be installed. The repair shop ordered one in May 2020. It was received twice but not usable due to how it was packaged. I.e., the headliner was folded when shipped - twice - despite instructions as to why it should not be folded for shipment. A third was order with the same admonition. It has not been received for weeks. And no explanation or status given as to delivery time. The time limited for Insurance provided replacement vehicle has expired. I need my car back. The Body Shop only says they cannot proceed to finish the repairs until they receive a new header from Lincoln without its being fatally folded - which does not permit proper installation.
I need my car. It's been over 2 months and I can't wait any longer. Please provide the Body Shop with the properly shipped Headliner now! You can do this. Please send it without folding it immediately. Do it now!
