SSM 47927 - 2017 F-Super Duty, 2016-2017 Expedition/Navigator, 2016-2018 Focus/Fiesta - Radio Reverting To AM Or FM After Vehicle Shut Down and Start Up
Some 2017 F-Super Duty, 2016-2017 Expedition/Navigator and 2016-2018 Focus/Fiesta vehicles may exhibit a concern where the radio reverts to an AM or FM station after shutting the vehicle off, leaving it off for at least 20 minutes, and then starting it back up. Do not perform any repairs for this concern. If a vehicle exhibits this concern, please use the Report a Vehicle Concern link at the bottom of the OASIS tab and submit a report.
