The contact owns a 2006 Lincoln Navigator. The vehicle has falcon, size P30540R23 tires. While driving 55 mph, the tread separated from the driver side rear tire. The tire was replaced with a spare. The road conditions were dry. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and they stated that the sidewall had been punctured, however, the contact disagreed. The current and failure mileages were 13,700.
