I bought this Lincoln nav. and in three days i starting have a problem and the dealer or the protection plan don't want to pay the damage because this car is in jacksonville (i was traveling with my family)and them donut want to towing either to help-me . I been trying to return or exchange but they refuse to take anything the i offer. Please tell if i have any chance to get my money back. I am so frustrate with fairbanks and fidelity protection plan. What should i do
