The contact owns a 2000 Lincoln Navigator. While driving 5 mph, the vehicle's engine failed and the contact smelled gas. The vehicle was towed to a mechanic who stated that the spark plug went through a cylinder and created a hole. The current and failure mileages were 120,000.
