The contact owns a 1999 Lincoln Navigator. At 103,000 miles the contact was driving at 25 mph and the vehicle started shaking, and he almost lost control. The mechanic stated that the air conditioning compressor and the relay failed and needed to be replaced. After driving 1,000 miles the vehicle failure recurred. The relay failed and was replaced by the Ford dealer. On 4/16/2007 after driving over a bump, the driver heard metal scraping and the vehicle was very hard to control. The dealer stated that the compressor failed and needed to be replaced. The current mileage was 105,000.
