First noticed that the ac did not blow from the rear vent, just warm air. Tech at the dealership told me it was a Ford design flaw having the floor vents too close to the exhaust pipes. When traveling for more than 30 minutes the auto mode does not operate so that no air comes from the front vents. To cool the car down the windows need to be lowered. Had it back to the dealership six times now, including today, to be told once again that the vehicle is operating to Ford specs. By the way during one of the trips where the AC was not working I drove to the dealership and showed the service manager and sale associate the problem so that they could see what was occurring for themselves.
