When I got this Lincoln, it had 44 miles on it. My son-in-law got it at West End Lincoln in Minneapolis and I live 200 miles away. I never drove it that much because my friend would usually drive the truck and then when the covid came, I stayed close to home. My light came on that I should get an oil change, not by miles, but time, so I went to Fergas Falls, 50 miles away, as we have no dealership in Perham.
After my car was serviced I was told I needed a back wheel alignment and one year warranty was over by 1 day, but probably wouldn't be covered anyway, and my vehicle failed on that one. My gripe is that when you have an expensive car like that, with hardly any miles on it, and this happens. I don't drive backwards. I probably would of understood it better if it was the front wheels, although I never hit anything.
Then when I first got the car and we took it for a drive in the cities, it died on us and it seemed like it was out of gas but it wasn't. I called the dealership and they got us a tow truck. They could have caused the problem there! What ever happened to good customer service, I had better luck with my Mercury Mariner!
