I’ve had a new Jag, new Volvo, new Continental, several Lincoln LS’s, several Explorers, several Escapes, 2 Mazdas, all new. + Expedition, C6 Corvette, etc. I’m a car guy. I never complained about any of these cars.
However, this Lincoln Nautilus is bad. Dealer service at first says put more miles on it. I come back and the guy says that’s the way they all are. Service manager is bad, rude, insulting, threatening, a cone head! Driving slow, you can floor the accelerator to speed up, then release, and the car won't even react. There is a big time lag in engine response, when you step on the accelerator. This is unsafe, because after it hesitates, the car surges forward. Not easy to properly feather the throttle in slow, stop and go traffic. This should not be a difficult fix!
Bad service here!
