The car was vibrating at highway speeds. Dealer balanced the tires. Vibration still there. Went back. Dealer performed different balancing method. Vibration still there.
But service guy says: â€it’s within spec!†WTF!
I downloaded a vibration recorder on my iphone. Took the dealer for a drive, I showed dealer my phone was sitting on the steering column, and recording vibration. Drove on local street, then went to I94. I could feel the vibration at highway speeds. My iphone recorded the vibration while on I-94? The dealer decided to replace the tires.
Vibration is gone, but only after a lot of blood, sweat and tears have been shed.
Bad.
