Yea, verily yet ANOTHER air actuator/blend door failure. Bought the car from Carson Motors in Cloverdale, In.,(in July), and later discovered the A/C worked but not the heat. Fortunately, had bought a extended warranty which covered most of the repairs. Have, like most folks with this problem, discovered that this is a common problem with this car. I'll give ALL you guys a tip for a sure fix with the cheap plastic actuator arm. Mechanic super glued the arm back together, then placed a metal washer AROUND the entire fixed area to make sure it did not re-break! Pretty ingenious! (guy has been a Ford/Lincoln mechanic for 36 years!).
A replacement arm is unavailable. Do this, and the actuator arm will not break again.
