Unable to do standard maintenance by replacing 100,000 spark plugs early. Took the vehicle to the Ford dealer, they advised me $1000 if they did not break any plugs. After refusing the repair and paying $150 for diagnosis I magically have a broken plug. Why has this not been escalated to a recall it is obvious that Ford has a problem they refuse to address. This minor repair will now be over $1500. Should we buy imported vehicles, that you can put plugs in for $100?
