The contact owns a 2006 Lincoln Mark lt. While examining the vehicle, the contact noticed that the front driver's window dropped down into the door panel. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the window regulator was replaced. The failure mileage was 70,000 and the current mileage was 75,000.
