: the contact stated the vehicle was purchased in a state outside of the where the vehicle resided. There was rusting on the frame of the windshield. When the sales dealer was contacted they referred the contact to the local dealer who referred the contact to the manufacturer. The manufacturer referred the contact back to the local dealership. The contact was concern that the vehicle showed corrosion in the interior and this problem could be in other places that could not easily seen.
