I called Lincoln and they have other 2013 Lincoln MKZ door latches on recall and they say mine is not and theres nothing they can do I find that hard to believe from such a big company and especially when they have a recall for that problem on the same year. I have always bought Fords or Lincolns but never again. I would not recommend anybody to buy a Ford product. Very surprised and very disappointed
