This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
My 2012 Lincoln mkz has a tail lamp that does not illuminate, and the brake light is not as bright as the brake light on the driver's side. The car has about 54,000 miles. The entire tail lamp assembly has to be replaced at a cost of $300-$400 when in the past a $3 bulb would be the fix. 14M03 tail lamp assembly extended coverage should include any Ford tail light with this problem. In the past, replacing a bulb would fix the problem, but the manufacturer now produces a car that places an unfair cost burden on the owner. The design is ridiculous and may cause a safety issue.
