water leak water leak

Every couple of days there is a water leak on my left foot that happens within a block of leaving my house. My car was previously at the Lincoln dealership for close to 3 months. They did waters tests, smoke tests, etc and verified the leak, but could not confirm where it was coming from. They ended up removing the dash and reinstalling it. I have had my car back for a couple of weeks now and it just started leaking on me again (that I am aware of). I am beyond frustrated. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
