Radio and cell phone volume varies: sometimes, too soft to hear, so I increase volume, then, later, volume comes in very, very loudly. I had an electrical diagnostic performed on car for $70, did not disclose any issue. Yet, problem continues! Would describe it as: a short in the wiring, but not sure if that is accurate.
