2009 Lincoln Mkz. Consumer states rear seat belt locked and would not release the seat belt had to be cut in order to release the rear passenger. The consumer stated for the next day or so, his wife experienced pain, from where the seat belt crossed her chest. When the consumer contacted Ford, he was informed the seat belts were child proof. Updated 11/17/11.
