Twice brake pedal went to the floor several months apart during wet conditions barely avoiding an accident. Had to keeps pumping the brakes constantly to get to service. Had all 4 brakes done including new rotors the first time second time the could not find nor duplicate the problem. My service guy said everything checks out although he said he noticed that all the MKZ's he has done brake service on the pedal seems lower that other cars.

Driving home from work. Came up on a red light with cars stopped in front of me. Applied the brake slowed a little and my foot went to the floor. Crashed into the car in front of me. Car had no warning. After I stopped the car by putting it in park. Had to move the car after the crash. The brakes work after the crash. This is something that I am very concerned about. Never know when it is going to happen.
Update from Nov 30, 2016: I do not have the car. I felt the car was unsafe.
