This car has been in over 4 times for the same issue. Mirror folds out and then the glass tries to get back to the setting that the memory had... but can't... it gets stuck at one point and keeps clicking and won't budge. Happened right in front of the service advisor and they claimed to have fixed it. The fix?? They greased the inside mirror parts... that's it...
But it keeps happening. They replaced the motor last month and guess what? It still happens. I told them the whole mirror needed to be replaced but FORD would not pay for that. Guess what they are doing now? Yup... replacing the whole mirror.
The car is in the shop for 7 days so far. This car is easily the worst vehicle I have ever owned... by FAR. Stay away from Lincoln... they try and act like Lexus and BMW, but they are not... not even close.
