Since I took delivery of my 2011 Lincoln MKX with all the good things, I found one negative thing really got to me - and that is the harsh, grainy sound produced by the audio system considering all input sources. I tried everything since I am in the audio business to soften or correct the problem for my listening pleasure, but nothing was satisfactory. I went on to check other 2011 Lincoln MKX's and, unfortunately, found the same problem. I hope somebody of authority and expertise really listens and determines the same results I have to take corrective action.
