Even though it is under warranty, the dealership (Ann Arbor, MI) wants to blame it on everything except the heating elements in the seat. We're going to change the filters (which I have to pay over 200.00 - not part of warranty work), and they've put down disinfectant (perfume the car and maybe I won't smell it) - or they noticed if they remove all the filters then it really doesn't have an odor. It must be my fault since they noticed dog hair.
Originally the service supervisor said they'd take the seats apart and pull everything - of course the tech talked him out of that after I left.
